I was very disappointed that there were so few songs praising God in this albumšŸ„ŗ actually I donā€™t think there are any, though His name is mentioned slightly. Every song on here is another love song and a few with simply (beautiful) uplifting lyrics, which ISNā€™T a bad thing obviously, Just wish for more pop that directly glorifies our Creator like ā€œI canā€™t imagineā€ and ā€œBreatheā€ and (I think?)ā€œNever Giving Up On Youā€ Someone said ā€œRosesā€ should have been included and I 100% wish it had been and hope it makes another appearance sometime. Overall Matthew Parker, you have created another pop album that trumps every single other one for years before and to come! (Bloodstream and today is the day in themselves beat anyone elseā€™s pop)You truly have mastered the sound of pop and I love your new style. God bless You!

This set of songs is not as cohesive together as Daydreamer. BUT if you like Matthew music youā€™ll love this album. Bloodstream on its own carries the album as a masterpiece. So happy to have this music!

Turned this album on during a road trip and it soothed our inconsolable baby right to sleep. We also loved it too. Invaluable purchase.

After giving the album a full listen through upon its release, I have to say there are some great tracks here. However, I wish that he had saved the singles for the album. Several of the tracks suffer from sounding too similar to his previous work, causing the album to not stand alone well. Therefore, I give it three stars. Also, Iā€™m surprised that ā€˜Rosesā€™ didnā€™t make the cut for the album, considering how recent (and good!) that song is. Noteworthy songs from Dragonfly: - Unbreakable (great track/production, sincere lyrics) - Skydiving (that MP EDM sound we all love) - Darling (catchy melody) - Sailboat (rhythm is fire, unique instrumentation)
