One listen will transport you back to the early-to-mid 90's when Mariah's range alone could stop you in your tracks and have you saying, WOW. WHO. IS. THAT? She may have been right to leave Mottola, but her change in musical style at about the same time did little to showcase her musical chops. Since then, we've been treated to snippets of her true potential here and there, but this album takes the listener to the beginning of Mariah's career, when we the public were quite literally, in awe.

Impeccable album of recordings in the style and sound that made Mariah such a hit when she first came out. I only wish she would give us more in the same vein going forward.

this album is literally amazing, all her unreleased songs are beautiful and so are her tokyo live performances

After 25 years, I can finally listen to Slipping Away. I had the Always be my baby single, and it features Slipping away B-side. I broke that cd, and after for so many years, I have search. Now I can listen to it again.
