I wanted to like this, but it is way too slow and almost every song sounds the same. The best song is "Love Again", which was already released and has better production, sound, and style to it. It has been years we have waited for a new Brandy album so it's a bummer. I love the song "Beggin & Pleadin", which she released in 2016. I was really impressed by her vocals and loved the bluesy feel to it which really complimented her voice and was a refreshing, new direction for her. She sings her heart out on that track! I had hoped this signaled a new album on the way with this sound, but regrettably it didn't. Instead a whole 4 years later we get more of basically the same old sound, only even slower. Don't get me wrong, some of her old albums are great and if that's what you do well and what people like, by all means, keep at it. With this, however, one wants to yawn and gets bored. I would highly recommend an album that taps into the soul and energy of "Beggin & Pleadin". It would be fabulous!! Might not be the typical mainstream stuff, but that might not be a bad thing!

You need to just give it up because apparently you just don’t get it . You haven’t released a high quality worthy record since 1998 . Actually tbh Never say Never was the only record that you ever released that was note worthy and amazing . Your career is over and it has been for decades .

Brandy does not make bad albums. B7 showcases both her growth as a vocalist and songwriter.
  • Really all good reviews from people?

It’s like they pay people to put comments In good reviews- No real singers anymore, and this music has no soul. Terrible album! It’s like she needed the money..
