I’ve been listening to this album on repeat for literal months now, I can’t enough

The blend of folk and rock is stunning. The voices of Joey and Madeleine together are as close to perfect for a duet you can get. And the lyrics will have you rediscovering or changing your understanding of love and life. I’m so happy I watched The Witcher where I discovered Joey Batey and then found out he’s in a band. I will be listening this album for a long to come.

I started listening to The Amazing Devil with the release of The Horror and the Wild and it couldn’t have come into my life at a better time. Artists, songs, and albums that come into your life at times when you need them the most have the propensity to stay with you for years afterwards. How an album can be brand new in your life yet feel achingly familiar is beyond me, but I am blessed to have been able to experience such an occurrence. This band and this album will stay with me for years to come.

Everything I've ever wanted

Found this band through The Witcher, and I just fell in love! The melodies and lyrics are mystical, powerful, and timeless. Joey and Madeleine have absolutely beautiful voices that fit together like puzzle pieces—amazing!!! I can listen to the same song twenty times over and still discover something new. :) I especially love how their voices mesh and overlap in “The Horror and the Wild” and “Battle Cries.” And Madeleine’s voice is incredible in “Farewell Wanderlust” and “That Unwanted Animal.” Fantastic band!! Can’t wait till their next album ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

The Amazing Devil’s songs started popping up in my suggestions today. I listened to The Horror and The Wild, Marbles, and Fair. And then I just listened to all of theirbmusic I could find. It was like all of my feelings had been put into song. God, this is such a great album. They really are amazing💕💕💕

I LOVE THIS. Found this because I watch The Witcher and realized Joey Batey had a band. It's definitely my new obsession. I love every song on the album and the lyrics are abslutely brilliant. Thank you for this!

Another exceptional album by an even more exceptional group! The beautiful melodies and amazing lyrics have had these songs stuck in my head for days. Every time I listen to this album I pick on different notes or lyrics and that is truly something grand. If you don't have the strong urge to wander off into the forest after listening to this, you need to listen to it again!

I can fall asleep to this album but also jam out and be motivated to do what needs to be done for the day! Bought on band camp and will buy again on ITunes.

This is so soothing to listen to. A balm for my soul.
