They took an iconic song, reworked it, and managed to pay homage to the original. Not many can say they’ve had a long career with consistent quality as Los Tigres del Norte, and this is further proof. Bravo!

Love that they followed Johnny Cash’s example, delivered such powerful/beautiful tracks to include dialogue from male/female prisoners, and made it their own. Loved their Spanish rendition of Folsom Prison Blues, La Jaula de Oro, and Un Día a la vez, my personal favorites. Hicieron un buen trabajo! Bravo, Tigres!
