This album is missing some songs! The photo on the album looks the same, but the title of the album that I am holding in my hands is "Anita Ward/Songs Of Love! I gave this review 3 stars because most of the songs are wonderful and bring back such great memories. But one of the most beautiful songs on the album is " Sweet Splendor", and it's not listed!

One great song caps a brief undistinguished career that ended as quickly as a streaking meteorite.
  • More than a one hit wonder

Anita Ward is best known for a song that some think personifies the disco era. However, there is another song on this CD that will not disappoint. The second track is called "If I Could Feel That Old Feeling Again". From the song's outset Anita seems deeply in touch with lyrics, bringing them to life with a passion that can only be expressed once some experience is under the belt. Anita shows that she understands life is not just about dancing. And there are some things once gone can never be obtained again. No this song is not disco but "If I Could Feel That Old Feeling Again" is bound to bring back all those old memories you may have forgotten. Do you remember when...

Ring My Bell by Anita Ward ranks among the top 10 disco songs of all time. With this song she challenges all other disco divas and ranks among the top singers of the 70's. The melody is so infectious and the beat is very danceable. Thanks Anita for a wonderful song that will last for years to come!
