One of the best songs I’ve heard my entire life...

Lay’s English is really good. This man can speak so many languages. Amusement Park is my favorite song on this EP. First I wasn’t really feeling Honey, because Lay usually presents a innocent image (unless he’s dancing, then he becomes a sexy beast or when he’s judging on a tv show, then he becomes a serious mentor 😂). But a few listens and I found myself humming and quoting the lyrics. Especially the “I like em’ blonde” “I got the magic wand” and “Ride my like a mazarati” parts in the song 😂 . In the video for “Honey” I REALLY hated the hats he was wearing and the glasses he wore. But other than that he looked really good dancing and he even showed a more sensual side of him through revealing his chest (which he has an amazing physique. This man works out 💪🏻). I think Lay was going for a more mature image outside of EXO. Usually EXO has a pure image. Lay is taking a lot of inspiration from Michael Jackson (it seems like to me) and United States Hip Hop. Which I don’t entirely think is the right lane for him. I hope he finds his own artistic lane and his own “color” if you will. I really want him to become his own artist. I mean, I have high hopes because it took Ariana Grande about two albums before she was finally able to stop doing a great Mariah Carey impersonation and finally bloomed into being her own artist with her own unique, distinct style and music. Maybe he’ll get there, too. I’ll support him even until then! ❤️😭🙏🏽
