After the album "Impossible" - I thought it might be impossible to improve upon it. And, of course, I was wrong. "Where the Sunshine is Expensive" is tremendous in its musciality and in the depth of lyrics. Aubrey has taken her public offerings to an entirely new level. Listening to "L.A." I don't know whether to celebrate or mourn. It can be interpreted as a celebration of success, or conversely a ode to the very high cost of making it in Hollywood. Either interpretation it is a wonderfully honest and transparent song. Four songs later she picks up a similar mode in "Airport Codes" which in my opinion is the finest song on this album. "One Three Nine" and "Alfie" are beautiful tunes highlighting her incredible voice. This album will take her to the heights of success.

This is a wonderful album on so many levels. The artistry that Aubrey and her band members display is impressive. All of the songs are spectacular. The style and manner in which it was recorded- everyone in the same room with a live audience (including myself!) Aubrey is going places. Find an opportunity to hear her live. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been waiting for this album for months and it is finally here. Love it! She sings and plays the trombone like no one else. I want to hear her in concert again.

This album is a work of genius. Every line in every song is written straight from the heart. There are so many emotions in this album- and they’re all portrayed beautifully. Every performer delivers a show-stopping performance, and knowing that the whole thing was recorded live makes it even more amazing. Thank you, Aubrey, Dave, and crew!
