Such a classic album, start to finish. No one reinvents themselves like U2. One of the best albums of the last 20 years

I remember how disappointed I was hearing this pedestrian album when it came out. Gone was the experimentation and this was just a really boring record. It turned me off the group completely.

One Quarter phenomenal, the other three quarters blah blah blah. Listen to older u2 from 80’s/90’s

Their last decent album and only about half the song are any good. This is where they decided to transition to a more "adult contemporary" sound. It went downhill from here,

This came out at a time when they band felt that they needed to start over, in a way. That resulted in an album that is only below achtung baby and the Joshua Tree. Classic from start to finish.

All these reviews for the u2 albums are bogus. Read them there all the same, word for word. Whoever is writing them, stop, your insulting the greatness of that wich is U2 !

This is one of my personal favorite U2 albums. This album has a great flow, track after track. Also, this album has great vocals, great drum solos, and great guitar solos as well. Finally, the instruments wrap around the vocals like no other, and intertwine perfectly. Definitely looking forward to the next limited play album, and extended play album from U2.
