Hard to believe this album came out in 1972 and blew us all away! It never changed. People and kids from every generation are still playing this album and loving it. My 20 y.o. Granddaughter was playing Exile on Main street on her new record player just yesterday and she’s loving it!

There is, as someone pointed out, definitely some filler on here but there is way, way too much for one album. None of it is bad listening and most of it is magnificent.

I think it’s a great album, but songs like Shake Your Hips, Casino Boogie, Sweet Black Angel, and I Just Want To See His Face are rather filler. The rest is perfect. People say this is their best album, but I think it would be Sticky Fingers.
