  • Not bad for a bunch of British whiteboys.

Do yourself a favor and go find the originals. I have always loved The Rolling Stones for giving props to the black blues cats that were very influential on them. The little Walter track I gotta go is pretty good. Not as good as the original but pretty good. Solid record full of very good blues covers. Love the stones.

Pretty much as "Down Home" as it gets. The Stones always find a way to put their signature on anything that they cover, and that's a good thing. They started off as a blues band, so it's no surprise that they pull this off with a mix of respect, and authenticity and a little Stones bravado thrown in for good measure. Just a great fun listen.

Some of the most horribly mangled pseudo-blues out there. Only rock fans who don’t know squat about blues will like this.

This is one of my personal favorite The Rolling Stones albums. This album has a great flow, track after track. Also, this album has great vocals, great drum solos, and great guitar solos as well. Finally, the instruments wrap around the vocals like no other, and intertwine perfectly. Definitely looking forward to the next limited play album, and extended play album from The Rolling Stones.
