Great album , nice, it’s super radical album that I’ve ever heard, Thanks we were waiting many years for new album

Why would anyone take their time to write a senseless review about a type of music and or the singing style for it, if the don’t enjoy it? Deicide has made an outstanding return to form with this album, the musicianship maturity is quite evident. Still looking forward to a release with the same unrelenting fury of their first album!

i could bask in this release forever

I posed a detailed review back in September praising the album and destroying the people who didn’t even buy the album but say they hate it. Didn’t make the cut I guess. Well I actually bought this album and love it! The entire album moves and doesn’t stop. The great demonic sound from the pits of the abyss. The clean harmonies, chest pounding riffs, heart pumping bass, slamming percussion with blast beats reaching Pluto! I have always told people who don’t understand death metal, think of the vocals like another instrument.

While the music instrumentation is excellent, I'm not into the "cookie monster" type vocals. I like to actually understand the lyrics w/o having to read along a lyrics sheet.

Every album sounds the same. Can't tell the difference between ANY of their "songs". All sound like Cookie Monster with too many pinch harmonics & machine gun drums. Metal NEEDS someone new to shake up the genre. Or it will fade ok the back of seedy clubs.

I'm very selective about the death metal that I listen to, but this is a cool album. The vocals are amazing, deathy, yet unique.

Was inspired to make this review just to try to balance out the idiots who think this is where you come to post a glib opinion on an entire genre instead of reviewing the album, which is fantastic and contender for death metal album of the year. If you don’t like death metal, stop reviewing it. Great album. Nothing overly complex, just great riffs and harmonies and lots of energy. Best Deicide release since Stench of Redemption but reminiscent of early works, particularly Serpents of the Light.

If you don’t like music like this then don’t bother in the first place. Go listen to your trashy lady gaga or something.
