I would give this 5 stars if the gentleman voicing the affirmations didnt sound like a South Park character. Sounds like hes trying to make fun of new age motivational speakers...which is fine just not on such a nice collection of meditation music. Really cheapens the album! Otherwise I have found the music to be deeply moving and profound. I really do wish all music was set to harmonious frequencies like 432hz. Science has proven its effects on the material world and yes there is a difference from 440hz our standard tuning. Cheers!
