This album is a masterpiece. Everything from the lyrics, to the vocals, to the instrumentals, to the mixing, the production, It's all amazing. Not a single weak song or moment on this record. Every song flows into the next so well. The amount of skill, passion, and expierementation is so prevelant. This album has a sound all it's own. There's so many little musical parts going on all the time and so many different ideas but it all works together so well. The album sounds so true and honest and emotional and dynamic. Every song is so catchy but so deep. I've been listening to this album for over 11 years and it never gets old. Everytime I listen to it, it feels like the first time. This is truly Tegan and Sara's best work, they'll never top this.

These twins border the line between indie, and massive pop kingdom. These two girls speak of heartbreak in the most sweetest way. The hooks of break up will have you singing in the shower for many days after listening to this. Though they are both seperate people it seems they live together within their mind set. What I'm trying to say is that this is an album with purchasing.

This was one of the soundtracks to my high school years. I had friends rotten about it until yesterday when a friend reminded me of it. It's still as beautiful now as it was then.
