I’ve been following a-ha for almost 30 years. This was a really interesting collection of demos and early mixes (along with the original re-mixed album of course) that really gives you an insight into how a-ha created their first release. It’s interesting to see how “Lesson One” evolved into “Take On Me” with all the mutations in between. I really love some of the song demos I haven’t heard before. I’ve never cared much for 12” extended mixes, but those aside, the rest is great to listen to. What’s the deal with “Presenting Lily Mars” besides the movie? Any a-ha fan should have this collection.
