I recently came across this album. I remember my Dad playing this music in the late 60’s when I was 12-13 yrs old. I liked it then and love it now. Just clean R&B done in a classic style...wow!

Lou Rawls was never better than in this early live classic. Great jazz band backing one of the all time great jazz/R&B vocal performances ever recorded. I bought this vinyl album in the late 60’s as a teenager and wore it out. This remaster sounds terrific. If you ever liked Lou Rawls and haven’t heard this, don’t miss it.
