  • Great for many reasons

Reason 1. Most Greatest Hits CDs only cover material from 1974 to 1987. So this collection is great for people who want to explore later Rush, which is definitely worth exploring Reason 2. Even if you already have Vapor Trails and Snakes and Arrows. This collection contains the 2013 Vapor Trails Remix and Snakes and Arrows is remastered, fixing the little glitch in We Hold On that is present in every other copy of S&A. Reason 3. Just..... Rush is awesome.

If I hadn’t seen Rush live, I might have not been interested as much in these albums. At R40 they went backwards with their setlist, saving the classics for last, probably like past tours. Many of the modern songs were ones I hadn’t heard, but they got me. I’ve enjoyed Presto, Roll the Bones and Counterparts the most, and Feedback as well, they do good covers.

Interesting packaging of Rush's albums from these years. Some good, some fair, some excellent, some I'm not too familiar with. Although I was able to procure mine from Walmart, (albeit illegally.......hahaha) still a decent packaging of this material. The re-mastering is quite good. And now all in my iTunes library. If ya want, buy 'em, if you're a fan of Rush, you won't be disappointed.
