Paul Thorn is the most creative musician I have heard in decades. His music will make you weep and laugh out loud. Paul Thorn sings about reality without filters which can make it difficult to put him in a neat musical genre "box". His music makes you feel better about having the gift of a life wherever you are on its path. Thank you, Paul helping me wake up a bit more to the "tender mercies" of existence, rare as they sometimes may be.

I had the opportunity to see PT at the ElvisFest in Tupelo,Ms last night and it was an awesome fun outdoor concert. Living in this area for the past 25 yrs I'd heard of him many times because this is his hometown but had never listened to his music. I must say, I Love It...! Can't wait to process the video I recorded of this show.Even bought this cd and got to meet him after the show......Oh, and autograph to boot! Down home guy who never forgot his roots. Love the bluesy country sound of their music..... His daughter could be one to watch for one day too. She performed and sounded Fantastic...! A real GEM IMO...! Needless to say, I will be buying the rest of his cd's to add to the collection.....

This is yet another great album by Paul Thorn. I only recently by chance last Oct heard one of his songs while working in Mexico and have since purchased all of his albums and have seen him in Chattanooga and tomorrow will see him again in Nashville. Do yourself a favor and buy the album then go see him live, you won't regret it.

I never heard of Paul Thorn until a debut interview for this album on NPR. I bought the album right away and love it. I am looking forward to seeing him in concert.

Paul Thorn does it again and this time with a collection of excellent covers! In truth, I didn't know most of these songs until he played them, but they sure sound like his own. My favorite track is easily Bull Mountain Bridge. Check this one out!

Modern day poet of the common man paying tribute to some good music. Paul Thorn isn't just a great singer-songwriter, he is also a great man of integrity. I have always enjoyed his lyrics, music, and his thought patter transcending into his music. Kristofferson said he was the best kept secret in music...it's long past time this secret gets out.
