Yes, I guess it has. Yet, it's the type of album that takes you back to the time of its release and all the things that were going on (or not) in your life. Simply a very good album.

I've searched iTunes for years for this recording, as well as 'Knife', and I'm thrilled to find both tonight! Poetic and timeless.

Ahhh, those halcyon days at University - beautiful, passionate energy, fueled by Orange Juice, Everything But The Girl, Scrittii Politti, Fairground Attraction, the Housemartins, the Smiths, and Aztec Camera - pure, unadulterated joy! Thank you, iTunes!

If your into good music, get this. High Land, Hard Rain is my favorite from Roddy Frame. And in my opinion the best from Aztec Camera. The music is beautifully crafted. Songs and vocals are just nice to listen too. It just flowed. Oblivious, The Boy Wonders, Walk Out to Winter, The Bugle Boy Sounds Again, Release, Down the Dip, Haywire, Orchid Girl and Queen' s Tattoos, favorite songs. First heard this back in 1983 when Northwestern/WNUR played it on the airwaves. An essential album for any music lover.

Nearly had to bust out the turntable & vinyl to hear this album. I've been watching iTunes for a while to see if this excellent album had finally been added and lo and behold it had! Not a bad song on this quintessential 80's alt-pop album! Brings back such great memories. Thanks for adding!
  • Yes, it's the best Aztec Camera album...

...but Roddy Frame achieved much greater heights with his first two solo projects, both of which earned him a place with the very best singer-songwriters of a generation along with Neil Finn. Yes, he's that good.
  • Still the best
