Lukas is opening up for us and I have to admit.... One of the best acts I have ever worked with!! The album is excellent and he is even better live! If you have a chance, catch him and his band live!!

I saw Lukas & POTR last night in Columbus & though I thought he was an amazing talent 2 years ago, he has now developed into a "complete" musician/performer. He sings like a young Willie, plays his Fender like a young Hendrix and connects with the audience as well as anyone. No one could see this band and not be a follower. See them soon while they are still doing small venues. He will be a superstar soon.

I saw this group at the Hot springs NC music Festival. They were GREAT!!!. If you ever get a chance to see them do not pass up the chance. I will not. Ric Beasley, Campobello, SC.

For those who are Lukas fans and don't already know of them check out the band 40 Points. Its Lukas and Mycah's band before POTR. I saw them open for their dad in '07 or '08. Sounds almost the same as POTR. You'll enjoy. Good cover of Lennon's Jealous Guy.

I stumbled across this band browsing the Internet. Lukas Nelson and Promise of the Real have a fantastic sound. Slick on the guitar. Lots of potential! The sky's the limit for this band. His father might be Willie Nelson, but this kid has talent all his own. BUY THIS ALBUM!

Just saw Lukas Nelson and promise of the real last night in Dallas. This band is on par with all the American greats. Nelson channels Hendrix, Stevie Ray, Dylan and, of course, Willie. But he manages to do it with his own unique ease. The musical ability of his band is also noteworthy. Expect them to blow up soon!

I just saw these dudes on Halloween night at the Verve in Terre Haute,IN. I was blown away!! They were fantastic! I even spoke to Lukas and his bandmates after one hell of a performance. Not only are these cats greatly talented but they are also quite humble and very down to earth. I would highly reccomend that everyone see this band!! BUY THE ALBUM!!! Although, they're by far at their best when in front of a crowd. LUKAS & THE PROMISE IS REAL, we love you!!! Come back to Indiana ASAP!!!
