Recently started on this Journey to quite my mind. I find Deepak Chopra's work very good! These medications are meant to be practiced on a regular basis to get the full benefit from them. NK

Only useless to one who is closed minded. I found much usefulness in this album for myself and others who have a desire to enrich the mind, soul, and body with Chopra's method of stress free living.
