Man, Bernstein did an awesome job---both composing AND conducting! The Mambo is especially one of my favorites. Definitely 5 stars!

Wow! How amazing is this! Leonard Bernstein was one of the most influential composers and conductors of the Twentieth Century. His acomplishments are far beyong that of anyone else. The balance is spectacular on this recording! Bravo!

This album is a must have if you are new to Bernstein the composer. This album Bernstein is composer and conductor. These recordings were made with the New York Philharmonic, where Bernstein served as Musical Director.
