I listen to Snatam Kaur's music anywhere, anytime - including as I write this! The music is invigorating, yet meditative. You can even fall asleep to it. I was greatly moved by her album Anand Bliss, which I heard in my yoga studio. I had to dowload it. I highly recommend all of her albums. So far I have downloaded Aakhan Jor and Ong Sohung from this album. She makes spiritual Sikh mantras accessible to many people. Discover your spirituality and nourish your soul with this and her other albums.

Love all of Snatam's CDs but this one sets itself apart. Ankhan Jor is my favorite. Also my favorite version of Ek Ong Kar.

Music that makes you relax with a huge, irrepressible smile on your face. Snatam Kaur has such a pure, clear voice. This CD is highly recommended.

I happened to hear this album the other day and just stood, virtually tranfixed. Her voice is really amazing but what really sets her apart is the pure heart and love that one feels in all these songs. Hariaa is just stunning. Check it out!

Shanti has a beautiful voice that she effortlessly moves up and down the scales, but more important probably than the quality of her physical voice is the emotional content she manages to give the words she sings. Listening to this album, especially track 3, is like being bathed in warm light, like being an infant held in the loving arms of your mother.
