This is how remixes should sound. The remixes from Rhythm Nation singles were a big letdown for me. They sound alike (the remixes of eash single). Miss you much has the best remixes, but the rests were "bland" to me

I love this. I love remixes of classics. I love these songs! So grateful for this.

I still own the vinyl of these songs and have been hanging on to them because I love the remixes! Now I just need to find a DJ who might want the vinyl!

I bought the CD of this a couple of years ago because I’ve always loved the video versions of Control, When I Think Of You, and Let’s Wait A While over the album versions. On the other hand, this “new” download version contains more songs than the CD does.

No, this isn’t a new release...but it’s new to the digital market. Before now, it was a very rare, very expensive import CD. I remember paying $40 for it back in the 80’s. Also, it’s not about rehashing old music, it’s about celebrating her legacy. Janet just started her Vegas residency, and the show is full of her classic hits. The timing is perfect to finally release these 12” remixes at an affordable price for her longtime fans. This collection is especially golden for those of us who’ve been fans since the 80’s, since it contains the remixes that were in the videos for When I Think of You and Pleasure Principle. (Though they’re longer versions here.) Her Greatest Hits collections featured the radio remixes for Let’s Wait Awhile, Come Back to Me, and Alright, but Think of You and Pleasure Principle. It’s nice to finally have these versions available, which feature harder-hitting drums and extra synth parts than the album versions had. Now they need to release “Rhythm Nation - The Remixes”! There was never any such CD, but a digital collection of all the 12” remixes from that album would be amazing!

So glad this is finally available in the US!

A classic CD with a twist of remixes, gotta love this if your a Janet fan or pop music fan!
