How does this album not include one of their instant classics! You are missing Bringin on the Heartbreak

The only reason I can see for leaving off songs from the first two albums is because Def Leppard doesn't have the rights to them any more. Unfortunate but it happens.

If you want their best “hits” or “best of” album get “Rock of Ages: The Definitive Collection”, it’s by far superior to all the others but for some reason it’s not on iTunes. If you only want stuff you can get through iTunes this is your best bet but you’ll need to buy a few songs from a few albums to get a good collection.

Hey iTunes.... please make Vault available again. We need the video versions of Rocket and Sugar available on audio again.

I first saw Def Leppard when they first came to the states and opened up for Ted Nugent and the Scorpions. Their first song was, “Hello America”, and was a performance with intensity I have seen from any other band, ever. While this band later obtained worldwide acclaim, their best stuff was on the first three albums. This is a good compilation of their latter efforts. The loss of Pete Willis (due to his alcoholism) lost intensity but gave them longevity. I would have personally liked to have seen a lot more additions from those earlier pieces of work.

I love this album. If you are a fan, you should be a fan of this. Ignore the negative reviews. Honestly if you are a fan you are a fan of not just the first two albums. You are either a fan of their music or not a fan. Most of the songs they play live are from Pyromania on-if you love the first two albums-get them, but if you love them as a whole, get this one.

I see a lot of negative reviews here. If your like me I own every album and can make my own Def Leppard favorites. To the newer Def Leppard fans this is perfect. I have seen them live the past 5 years and I can tell you the younger generation is liking Def Leppard. So this is perfect and I really like that they have included a lot of newer stuff. Keep rocking Def Leppard, your the best.

Do people not realize that all of these songs were RELEASED SINGLES? Singles that actually charted. This isn't a "best of" with album tracks. I love On Through the Night and they're earlier stuff, but this is an lbum to bring in new fans. And I hope it works! I'm sure there will be and Best of Part 2...
