I’ve been listening to this album for many years. It’s been my “go to” album when I can’t sleep. They have science behind this and whatever they did it works well for my insomnia. I sleep so well with this music. It also masks my tinnitus. I recommend this album if you need to sleep!..

For a long time I couldn’t sleep at all so I tried this music and it works the first time I listened to a couple songs next thing I new I woke up with my headphones on me and it was so crazy I just fell right asleep To all that have a problem sleeping and who have problems try this it really works

When I played ONE song since I couldn’t sleep, this put me right out! I woke up in the morning with my headphones still on! 😂

I have been loving this this has to be the greatest sleeping track of all time :) !!!! I had terrible problems going to bed every night and everything I tried did not work but when my friend told me about sleep music I found this if I could rate it 1/10 I would give it a 69 just amazing I can go to sleep at night!

About 18 hrs ago I had total knee replacement surgery. My first night's "sleep" here has been rough! But this cd has been a godsend, so soothing physically, mentally and emotionally. SO grateful this morning for this album on itunes!

Great and soft

Its has great sound and frequencies to listen to and thankfully the songs themselves are not 40 min long. Its a perfect mix of different genres.
